Snow Fun

I know this 1st pic isn't a snow pic, but its oh so cute! She likes to get the crayons out and tell Papaw to sit and color with her. Its very cute!

Christmas time!

So, i'm finally getting around to posting some new pics! It doesn't help matters out when one's computer decides to quit and is irrepairable! Anyways, Andy, Chastity and i celebrated Christmas together at home on Christmas Eve. Christmas day was spent with family and friends and the following Monday we were able to fly home to mom and dad's; and boy, is it cold here! Brrrrr. Not to mention, we have been fighting sinus infections and colds this Christmas season. Makes for a bummer of a holiday. All in all we still had a good time.

Andy flew home this morning to be back at work tommorrow. I'm missing him already! I have a few people i need to see, then i will rejoin him in not so warm FL!

Fall Happenings

So, i know just what you're probably thinking right about now......a Christmas Tree already?! As you can see, it is indeed a tree, but i'm calling it my Fall Tree for now. I have reaaly had the "itch" to get out the tree early this year so i decided to go ahead and set it up, but decorate it with fall decor. The decor is a little scimpy and not exactly what i would like, but its what i had on hand and it turned out half cute! I think i like the idea of having a fall tree. I'm going to keep my eye on the fall clearance sales for goodies for next year!
This was Chastity's second trip to a Pumpkin patch. So much for a smile for pictures!

Mommy's little helper

I decided to let Chastity "help" me wash the dishes today. She did well and i somehow managed to keep myself and the floor fairly dry! I have been putting off letting her get her hands into the kitchen work purely for selfish reasons. It is much easier and quicker to just get the job done and not worry about looking out for a little helper at the same time. I want Chastity to grow up with the mindset that work can be fun and not just a drudgery, so i guess i better start letting her "help" with the chores while its all fun to her!

She was not at all pleased when all the dishes were done and it was time to get down. Needless to say, we had to have a little "talk"!

Fall Festival

This past weekend was the Fall Festival in our small town. Here Andy and Chastity are waiting for the parade!

This clown was so funny! He was definitely having fun.

Chastity loved gathering all of the goodies that were thrown. So cute!

Andy and Jenny trying their hand at carving a pumpkin. We tried roasting the seeds, but were none of us were inpressed with the results. It was the first time so maybe we did something wrong. Not sure.
